Application Process & Visa Application

For application procedure follow below instructions:

1. Send us a Digital Passport size photo

2. Scanned First Page of Passport (with identity info)

3. Completely filled Health Checkup form (Foreigner Physical Examination Form)

4. Scanned Highest Graduation Diploma Certificates and Transcripts

5. Finance Certificate and No-criminal Certificate

6. Completely filled Application Form

7. Fee structure signed by the student

8. Reference person or recruiting agency’s name and also a signed Guarantee for Student Application

Notes: All the documents should be color scanned copies.

*Application Fee:      1200 RMB

*Letters Postal fee:   500 RMB

*Security fee:               1500 RMB

Total Amount:            3200 RMB

Note: Security fee (1500 RMB) will be return back to student on arrival to university

Documents Needed for Visa Application

(At Chinese Embassy in your Country)

1. Medical Checkup Report

2. Police Clearance Report

3. Bank Statement from Sponsor

4. Copy of ID from Sponsor

5. Affidavit Certificate

6. Complete filled embassy visa application form

7. Two recent passport photograph

8. Original & photocopy of travelling passport

9. Original and copies of school certificate & transcripts, character certificate, birth certificate

10. Original admission letter and JW-202 letter

Do make sure that your letter of admission and your JW-202 form is handed back to you together with your passport after obtaining your Chinese visa. You will need these documents to apply for your Residence Permit after your arrival at University.
